** ALERT FOR MAC USERS **
The EndNote X9.3.1 update for Mac has compatibility issues when sharing libraries using the desktop version. All Mac users sharing physical local libraries must use the same EN version, otherwise, the libraries cannot be shared. A workaround is to share libraries through EndNote online by clicking on the Share Library icon. Please contact IT Support for assistance.
