Poster Printing On-Campus

Note, 3/2020: Self-serve printing is not available while the library building is closed. If you need materials physically printed, The Print Shop and The Shipping Shop in Houghton are open.


The library has a self-service poster printer on the first floor. Ask at the Circulation Desk for assistance.

  • Save your poster to a thumb drive
  • Save it as a pdf, jpeg, or tiff file - NOT a .ppt or .pptx
  • Double and triple check the sizing and alignment of your poster before you print
  • Printing is $2.50/square foot

IT also offers printing services. Send them your file and pick up your completed poster in a few days! Visit their poster submission page.
