What is a Michigan Document?
The Michigan Document Collection consists of information published by Michigan's executive, legislative and judicial branches. Some Michigan Documents date back to the Territorial era, before Michigan achieved Statehood, and are important resources when learning about the growth and development of the State of Michigan.
Michigan Tech Van Pelt & Opie Library holds physical copies of Michigan Documents dating to 2006. At this time, the Library of Michigan began digitizing their publications. If you are unable to find a digital record of a Michigan Document, please visit the J. Robert Van Pelt and John and Ruanne Opie Library catalog to locate physical copies.
